2024 HCAW Garage Sale

HCAW is again presenting great household items to you.

As the old saying goes, “One man’s junk is another man’s treasure”. Come early to find your treasure! We will have lot’s to display and more boxes in the garage you can look through for your treasure.

We ask that you come out and support our mission. All proceeds go to “Helping Children Around The World”, 501c.

Financial Secretary Needed

HCAW is looking for an individual for the important position of Financial Secretary.

  1. Prefer someone in the local area.
  2. Good computer skills required.
  3. The Financial Secretary will oversee all money that comes in and goes out of HCAW.
  4. Receive all pledges, donations, gifts etc.
  5. Accurately record all monies received why, when, who and how.
  6. Give all donors receipts for their donations.
  7. Deposits all monies, checks, cash etc. and keep a record of all transactions.
  8. Work closely with the treasurer giving all deposits, receipts and recording to the treasurer.
  9. Send out income tax receipts to all donors at end of year that gave over $200.00 per year.
  10. Give reports to the Board of Directors.
